1. Stand-up pouch structure: The bottom of the bag adopts V-shaped crease + square bottom molding process, forming a 120° three-dimensional support angle, standing stability of 98% after filling 1.8kg pet food. The bag body is made of PET/PE composite material, with a thickness of 80μm, and a heat compression strength of 1.2kgf/cm² at the bottom.
2. With window design: The front window is made of 30μm transparent PET sheet with 85% light transmittance, with additional AR anti-reflective coating on the surface to reduce light refraction interference. The window and the bag body are welded by ultrasonic wave, the seam strength is 0.6kgf/cm.
3. Zipper closure: The top zipper is injection molded with PP material, tooth pitch 0.8mm, closing force 1.8kgf. Combined with silicone sealing strip, it realizes IP65 grade moisture protection.
